Returns and Refunds Policy

Our goal is provide you with a perfect product but sometimes damage occurs and we need to provide information on how to handle returns and refunds.


Due to the nature of Custom Fine Art Photography and the process we use in delivering finished products, all sales are final with no refunds. We only offer to replace items that experience damage during shipping. This includes prints that are bought on a “à la carte” basis and anything that you might purchase as a gift.


In our experience, the companies we use for shipping our products encounter very few shipping damage issues. However, if your product arrives with damage or is defective in some way:

  • Take a digital photo of the damaged to the product and the shipping container it was in (only if the package also shows damage).
  • Attach your photos to an email and send them to [email protected].  Please include your order number, shipper name (i.e. Fedex), shipping tracking number or item number,  and any other information necessary for us to evaluate the extent of damage.
  • You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that damage request is being processed.
  • If the damage is confirmed, in most cases you may not need to mail back your damaged/defective product. We will process the replacement based on your photos. However, if we tell you not to send it back, it is possible that we will ask you to save the package it came in as well as our shipper may want to physically inspect the damages.
  • Please note that if the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photos, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
  • Should you need to send an item back, we will provide you with shipping information at that time.
