Custom Fine Art Photography lends itself to lots of different options on how it is displayed in a client’s location. We provide many different options here, but there are always questions. Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions with answers.
Yes! The sizes we offer on this site are those which work best the way we originally capture and crop the images. Different cropping ratios might affect the layout of the images. So, if you have an interest in different sizes, click the button below and let us know which image you have an interest in and the size that would like and we will see if we can accommodate that request.
Yes! We can add a white border to any of our custom fine art prints. This will reduce the actual image size by the width of the border (unless you also decide to select a large custom print size). For instance, border sizes of 1″, 2″ or 3″ are possible depending on print size. If you are interested in having a border on your prints, click the button below and we can look at options for the size print you are considering.
Yes! We do offer matting and framing services at special request. However, we have learned over time that selecting mats and frames over the internet is a difficult process for many people as you can not really tell the finish of the frames. As such, most people prefer to take our prints to a custom framer in their local area where they can touch, feel and see the frames with the print in front of them. If you have an interest in pricing from us for matting and framing, please click the button below and we will work with you on the various options available.
In addition, if you are local to the Hilton Head Island area, we have good relationships with a couple of local framers. We can meet with you in conjunction with those vendors in order to help select the best frame and mat options.
We offer free shipping to all USA zip codes in the continental USA. For Alaska and Hawaii, please click the button below and we can provide you with a shipping quote.
Yes! We can ship internationally but will need to quote a separate prices for shipping. If you are at an international location click on the button below and we will provide you with information and pricing to get my images to you. Note that we often can only calculate the shipping costs. Any import fees, value added taxes, tariffs, etc. will be your responsibility. Our experience is that sometimes these add on fees often make it uneconomical to ship our work to international locations.
We use Federal Express Ground Shipping for all of shipments in the continental USA. You must have a physical address location for your shipping address. We can not ship to a P.O. Box address.
Yes, we can accept Venmo and Zelle payments. If you have a interest in using one of these payment methods please click the button below.
